Platform Privacy Notice
How LPI Analytics Trade Systems handles portal, broker-connection, analytics, and operational information.
Effective August 1, 2026
Information handled by the platform
Depending on enabled features, the platform may process identity and portal-access data, broker environment and account identifiers, connection status, instrument selections, market data, signals, risk settings, order instructions, execution history, subscription status, and technical diagnostics.
Broker credentials and tokens
Broker authentication information is used to establish user-requested connections. Session tokens and connection state may be stored in protected server-side or secure-cookie workflows. Users should use unique credentials, enable broker-supported multifactor authentication, and revoke access immediately if compromise is suspected.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, connect requested broker services, provide analytics, enforce risk and access controls, process user-directed actions, maintain audit and execution records, troubleshoot incidents, manage subscriptions, and protect the platform from misuse.
Providers and broker independence
Information may be transmitted to the broker, market-data, identity, payment, hosting, monitoring, or support provider needed to perform a requested function. Each broker and third-party provider has its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and safeguards
Operational information is retained only as reasonably necessary for platform functions, account support, security review, contractual requirements, and legal obligations. Safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee that an internet-connected system will be error-free or immune from compromise.
Privacy questions
Submit privacy questions through the published support channel. Identity verification may be required before access, correction, or deletion requests are completed where applicable.
