Platform Terms of Use
Baseline terms for accessing LPI Analytics Trade Systems software, analytics, and broker-connected workflows.

These platform terms are an operational baseline and require review by qualified financial-services counsel before broad commercial launch or live automated execution.
Software service
LPI Analytics Trade Systems provides software tools. Unless separately stated in a signed agreement and supported by required registrations, the platform is not acting as your broker, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or tax or legal professional.
Eligibility and account authority
You may connect only accounts you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for eligibility, broker agreements, jurisdictional restrictions, permissions, taxes, reporting, and compliance obligations applicable to your activity.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass controls, share access improperly, reverse engineer protected components, introduce malicious code, manipulate data, overload services, violate broker or market rules, or use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized activity.
No performance promise
No signal, model, strategy, dashboard, risk control, or execution feature guarantees a result. Past, backtested, simulated, or hypothetical performance does not guarantee or reliably predict future performance.
Third-party services
Broker, market-data, payment, identity, charting, and infrastructure services are independent third parties. Their outages, rules, fees, data, order handling, terms, and security practices are outside the platform's direct control.
Suspension and changes
Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked to protect users, systems, brokers, or markets; respond to legal requirements; investigate misuse; or address payment or engagement status. Features and terms may change as the platform evolves.
