Trading Risk Disclosure
Material risks and limitations users must understand before connecting accounts or enabling execution features.
Effective August 1, 2026
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. LPI Analytics Trade Systems does not guarantee profits, prevent losses, or predict future market conditions.
No investment advice or individualized recommendation
The platform provides software, analytics, workflow controls, and user-directed execution tools. Platform output is not individualized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice and does not account for every user's financial circumstances, objectives, experience, liquidity needs, or risk tolerance.
Markets and leveraged products
Securities, foreign exchange, futures, digital assets, contracts for difference, and other leveraged or volatile products can produce rapid and substantial losses. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses, and losses may exceed deposited funds depending on the product, broker, and jurisdiction.
Automation and model limitations
Rules, signals, forecasts, and automated workflows depend on data, assumptions, configuration, software availability, and market conditions. Models can be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, overfit, or unable to respond appropriately to sudden events. AI and automation cannot predict the future or eliminate market risk.
Simulation and hypothetical results
Simulated, backtested, paper, or hypothetical results do not represent actual trading. They may use hindsight and may not fully reflect liquidity, slippage, spreads, commissions, latency, rejected orders, margin calls, market impact, outages, or a user's ability to tolerate losses and follow a strategy. Actual results can differ materially.
Execution and technology risk
Orders can be delayed, duplicated, rejected, partially filled, filled at unexpected prices, or not transmitted because of network, broker, exchange, configuration, credential, software, or infrastructure failures. Users must monitor connected accounts and maintain independent broker access and emergency controls.
User responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether a product, broker connection, strategy, order, and risk setting are appropriate for you. Use simulation first, verify symbols and account scope, set conservative limits, supervise activity, and consult appropriately licensed professionals when needed. Never trade funds you cannot afford to lose.
